“actually tehir hollandaise is textbook perfect like seriously!!! silky smooth with the right amount of lemon to cut thru the richness, and you can tell they made it fresh instead of just holding it in hot water all day”

“the hash browns were frozen though, like you could totally tell that mushy inside texture that comes from pre processed potatoes, not fresh solid”
