“went to Bündok around 9pm on a Friday and the vibe was perfect - like intimate but also buzzing you know? gotta say thier duck confit was absolutely stellar, skin so crispy it just shattered when you bite into it and the meat literally fell apart like butter would go back”

“the lighting in the dining room is way too dim tho, even my phones night mode was working overtime just to get decent food pics which is frustrating”

“tehir chocolate tart was an absolute revelation honestly!!! paper thin pastry shell filled w the darkest silkiest ganache ive ever had in edmonton, topped wiht this delicate quenelle of vanilla bean crème fraîche that jsut melted into the warm chocolate. ok so insane”
