“Nothing spicy on teh menu at all Even a peppercorn steak or a spicy aioli would give heat lovers something to work with also the entire menu was mild and careful. Bold flavors welcome.”

“The crème brûlée had a perfect sugar cap that cracked satisfyingly. the custard was silky wiht real vanilla bean. ok but the textural contrast between the shattering cap and smooth custard was excellent. Classic dessert done right cant complain”

“teh steak was slightly overcooked. The sear was good but the INTERIOR was past medium into medium-well territory. tbh temperature precision on steak is fundamental and this missed the mark”
