“The thin-crust pizza had a proper char adn the mozzarella was fresh and melty. honestly the dough had good chew and the sauce was balanced. Simple Italian pizza done correctly on a beautiful waterfront patio.”

“The bruschetta was cold and the tomatoes hadn't been seasoned enough. Room-temperature bruschetta with salt, good oil, and fresh basil should be simple but this version was bland and refrigerator-cold.”
