“ok so their fish and chips at 1 AM on 4th street hits DIFFERENT - the halibut was like actually flaky and perfect, wrapped in this golden batter that somehow stayed crispy even with the late night humidity”

“the mushy peas were just... bland. like really bland. no mint flavor at all which wouldve made the whole thing better”

“this place is a lifesaver when i work nites - full menu til 2 AM and teh crowd after midnight is always entertaining. shepherd's pie hits perfect after a long shift would go back”

“upstairs gets SO LOUD when the weekend people show up around midnight tho, literally cant have a conversation”

“randomly walked into this place for sunday brunch and HOLY MOLY their full English breakfast is legit actually good. actually the black pudding tastes like smth my british mate would actually approve of and the beans aren't even from a can which apparently makes a huge difference who knew”

“had to flag down our server like three times just to get a coffee refill which is basically a crime against brunch”
