THE LEAD VERDICT
“eating alone here was actually perfect - the bar faces the windows so youre never bored and the bartender was attentive without being annoying. the slowly changing cityscape kept me entertained thruout which made solo dining feel special not awkward”
“the elevator wait was RIDICULOUS - like 15 mins just to get up to the restaurant which made me worried i was gonna be late for my reservation”
ALSO FILED
“the 360 views of edmonton skyline at nite are absolutely spectacular watching the city lights twinkle as u slowly rotate - worth the splurge for special occasions”
“honestly early closing at 10 PM means u have to book teh first seating to avoid FEELING rushed thru ur expensive meal”
“teh Alberta beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection - tender flavorful and paired with a red wine reduction that actually complemented the meat instead of masking it”
“for real for tehse prices teh vegetables should be more than jsut steamed broccoli and carrots - very uninspired for fine dining would recommend”
“the kids were mesmerized by the slowly rotating restaurant and actually sat still for the entire meal which like never happens - the views kept them entertained while we enjoyed fine dining”
“the kids menu is extremely limited and overpriced - $18 for chicken fingers that my kids could get for $8 anywhere else solid”
“the dessert selection was divine honestly - thier chocolate lava cake came out at the perfect time with molten center flowing over vanilla bean ice cream. had a glass of late-harvest Riesling with it and it was like the perfect sweet ending to a special night, and the rotating view made it feel magical meh”
“teh wine list is extensive but the markups are insane - like 18 bucks for a glass of wine that retails for 25 a bottle which feels excessive even for this unique place”
“the panoramic city views rotating slowly past every window creates such a unique dining experience but honestly was expecting better coffee service at this price point soo good”
“look they dont serve coffee or espresso at all just basic drip coffee that tastes like it came from a hotel lobby 10/10”
“sunday brunch with a revolving view is unbeatable seriously!!! ngl thier eggs Benedict had perfectly poached eggs with runny yolks over thick-cut ham and the hollandaise was rich and lemony without being heavy mimosas were generous and the 360 views of edmonton made it feel special would go back”
“the breakfast potatoes were clearly reheated and had that dried out texture from sitting under heat lamps too long which was disappointing”
“was kinda skeptical about Asian fusion in a revolving restaurant but their miso-glazed black cod was really well done - silky fish with perfectly caramelized glaze shiitake mushrooms and properly seasoned jasmine rice. the technique was solid not just fusion for no reason”
“the spring rolls felt like an afterthought - clearly frozen and deep fried with no finesse which doesnt make sense for premium pricing up here”
